✓ Experience in troubleshooting L2 Network related issues

✓ Knowledge and working experience on Cisco Networking Products (Routers & Switches).

✓ Should work on Network related tickets and close the same within agreed SLA.

✓ Understand and follow SOPs ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

✓ Escalate unresolved incidents to next level.

✓ Strong ability to diagnose network alerts, events or issues.

✓ Good understanding of Switching and Routing Protocols.

✓ Working Knowledge of multiple network programs, configuration and debugging techniques.

✓ Vendor coordination - Follow up with vendors for pending calls

Soft Skills: High Integrity, problem solving skills and learning attitude, analytical and presentation skills and Process oriented.
