Description

Key Responsibilities:
·         Gather and analyze business requirements to design Kronos WFM solutions.
·         Configure and implement Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Ready (WFR), or UKG Dimensions.
·         Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to optimize workforce management processes.
·         Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll interfaces.
·         Provide end-user training and documentation for Kronos applications.
·         Support upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.
·         Work with technical teams to develop custom reports and dashboards.
·         Stay updated with Kronos best practices and new features to recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
·         5+ years of experience in Kronos WFM solutions, including configuration, implementation, and support.
·         Strong knowledge of Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Payroll interfaces.
·         Experience working with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and SQL queries for troubleshooting.
·         Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or PeopleSoft.
·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
·         Strong communication and client-facing skills
