Description

What You’ll Do:
Design and develop Conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai and other platforms.
Write creative, engaging conversation scripts and responses tailored to various bot personas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive chatbot experiences across multiple channels (text, voice, etc.).
Develop conversational journeys and create prototypes, mockups, and flows to visualize and test user interactions.
Act as a liaison with delivery teams to ensure customer-first, seamless experiences end-to-end.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot development, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Kore.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, and conversational platforms like Slack, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams, etc.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, XML, and Web Services API.
Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative, editorial mindset.
Experience designing user journeys and conversational flows with a customer-first approach.
Innovative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems creatively.
Bonus Skills:
Background in linguistic analysis or conversation design.
Expertise in building chatbot personas with personality and human-like interactions
