The profile will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met
and their expectations exceeded. With a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, this role
will drive client success and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
 Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting
relationships.
o Understand client business objectives and align our services to meet their goals.
o Address client queries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
 Account Growth and Retention:
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
o Develop and execute client retention strategies to foster loyalty and repeat
business.
o Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
 Campaign and Project Oversight:
o Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns for
key accounts.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
o Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting ROI and
achievements.
 Digital Marketing Expertise:
o Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to advise clients
effectively.
o Guide clients in adopting innovative marketing strategies to achieve their business
goals.
o Collaborate with creative, technical, and analytics teams to align campaign
objectives.

 Client satisfaction scores and feedback.

 Revenue growth from assigned accounts (upselling/cross-selling).

Qualifications and Skills
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
 1- 6 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital
marketing agency.
 Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and metrics.
 Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
 Proficiency in project management and CRM tools.
 Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
