Kafka Administrator

Design, build, and manage multi-node Kafka clusters (both Confluent and open-source) in Zookeeper or KRaft mode
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of Kafka and related components (Connect, Schema Registry, REST Proxy)
Implement robust security protocols including SSL/TLS, SASL, ACLs, and role-based access control (RBAC)
Create and manage Kafka topics, configure replication, partitioning, and log compaction for high-throughput environments
Set up Schema Registry, manage schema versions, and integrate with Kafka producers/cHelm, GitHubonsumers
Manage Kafka Connect connectors (source/sink) and Kafka REST services
Analyze and troubleshoot Kafka issues using logs, monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Dynatrace), and performance metrics
Integrate Kafka into CI/CD pipelines using /Bitbucket, UCD, and Terraform
Administer Kafka in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and manage deployments using Helm charts
Support disaster recovery, capacity planning, and data replication strategies
Work closely with application teams, DevOps, and cloud engineers to onboard new services and applications securely
