• Design, develop, and maintain features across the application.
• Debug production issues across the stack.

• Uphold engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebase.
• Follow development processes and help improve said processes when possible.
• Refactoring legacy components/performance optimization.
• Code review with peers.
• Write up tech design documentation.
• Skills and experience we value.
• At least 4+ years of experience in web development.
• 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• TDD-based development experience.
• SQL knowledge, to architect new data models and write more performant queries for complex reports.
