Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize applications within ServiceNow, including integrations with other systems.
  • Work hands-on with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
  • Create and utilize update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
  • Provide administrative support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the ServiceNow platform and its SDLC.
  • Maintain an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
  • Apply fundamental knowledge of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, such as ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
  • Generate reports using the standard reporting engine, including metrics and SLAs.
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
