Develop and customize applications within ServiceNow, including integrations with other systems.
Work hands-on with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
Create and utilize update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
Provide administrative support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the ServiceNow platform and its SDLC.
Maintain an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
Apply fundamental knowledge of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, such as ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
Generate reports using the standard reporting engine, including metrics and SLAs.
Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
