Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize applications in ServiceNow, connecting them with other systems.
  • Work directly with the Service Catalog and Service Portal features.
  • Create and manage update sets to move custom changes between ServiceNow accounts.
  • Provide support by troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and analyzing root causes.
  • Document and update guidelines and procedures for using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
  • Use key technologies for ServiceNow integrations, such as APIs, single sign-on (SSO), security assertion markup language (SAML), secure sockets layer (SSL), web services, lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP), and various database connections (JDBC, ODBC).
  • Generate reports focusing on metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate clearly in both writing and speaking.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in developing with ServiceNow.
