Develop and customize applications in ServiceNow, connecting them with other systems.
Work directly with the Service Catalog and Service Portal features.
Create and manage update sets to move custom changes between ServiceNow accounts.
Provide support by troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and analyzing root causes.
Document and update guidelines and procedures for using the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain a solid understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
Use key technologies for ServiceNow integrations, such as APIs, single sign-on (SSO), security assertion markup language (SAML), secure sockets layer (SSL), web services, lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP), and various database connections (JDBC, ODBC).
Generate reports focusing on metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Communicate clearly in both writing and speaking.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in developing with ServiceNow.
