Data Management: Keeping our data accurate is key. You’ll perform regular clean-ups, assist with imports and exports, and help maintain our data’s integrity.
User Training and Support: You’ll be the friendly face for our users! Providing support and training will help them navigate Salesforce with confidence and answer any questions they may have.
Process Automation: Help us streamline our workflows by building simple automations using tools like Process Builder and Flow—your input will help us work smarter!
Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work with various departments to understand their unique needs and assist in implementing Salesforce solutions that make their work easier.
Document Best Practices: Keeping clear records of configurations, processes, and changes will ensure everyone has access to the information they need to succeed.
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to learn:
Some Experience: Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform, and you’re familiar with its basic features.
Technical Curiosity: You’ve got a basic understanding of Salesforce tools and concepts, such as user management, data security, and reporting.
Problem-Solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions. Troubleshooting issues is something you feel comfortable doing.
