Job Description:

We are seeking a bright and energetic Junior Project Manager to join our Seller Marketing & Communications team within the Client Marketplace. This role is essential to binding our education strategy with the tactics necessary for driving success in seller education and overall Marketplace seller growth. As the education evangelist, you will play an integral role in organizing the launches of seller guides and videos, ensuring effective and seamless communication between sellers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GTM and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans related to Seller Guides and Videos.
  • Manage and execute all elements of seller education projects, including project managing creative deliverables, scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Oversee the intake process for seller education requests, ensuring all required information is provided and partnering with the Program Manager to recommend a creative strategy.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with stakeholders to communicate SLAs, project status, and changes to launch timelines or activation dates.
  • Manage the content tracker and team bandwidth to ensure all updates are captured and prevent exceeding capacity.
  • Manage and enforce internal seller education work processes and SLAs.
  • Identify and escalate pain points and areas for improvement in a timely and positive manner.

Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience with exposure to education, creative production, or agency work.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role and building relationships across the entire Client Marketplace organization.
  • Strong understanding of creative development capabilities and SLAs.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving stakeholder conversations, gathering requirements, and guiding revisions.
  • Ability to understand larger strategic vision, define and execute on tactical pieces, and create clarity in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Asana is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to see other people’s points of view and receive constructive criticism.

  • For office-based employees (within a 50-mile radius of the San Bruno office), working in the office at least two days a week is considered an essential function of this role.
  • We will prioritize qualified candidates who can commit to working in our San Bruno office two days per week.
  • Upon offer, the candidate must be on the submitting vendor’s W2.
