Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine field visits to subway stations and document the operational status of signs and countdown clocks.
Collect and record data regarding sign accuracy, visibility, and reliability for reporting purposes.
Provide clear feedback and status updates to the project team, including raising issues through ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Planner).
Support the organization of project timelines, checklists, and follow-up actions to ensure issues identified in the field are tracked to completion.
Participate in daily or weekly team stand-ups to share updates, observations, and progress on assigned station visits.
Assist in the preparation of simple reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other project tracking tools.
Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and consistency of the field inspection process.

Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of general work or internship experience, preferably in roles requiring attention to detail and organization.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Planner, or Excel is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and follow through on assignments.
Comfortable working independently in the field and reporting back findings in a clear, structured way.
Ability to participate in team stand-ups and collaborate with colleagues on shared objectives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable, with an interest in supporting public-facing projects
