What You'll Do:
Assist in building and formatting interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports.
Support in writing and optimizing DAX calculations, Power Query M scripts, and building visual elements.
Participate in Report bursting and Distribution monitoring.
Monitor report performance using Power BI Capacity Metrics App and report usage stats.
Learn and assist in setting up DirectQuery connections to Oracle, Snowflake and other data sources.
Help with deployment tasks using Azure DevOps, version control, and workspace migrations.
Work with the team to apply RLS and user access permissions.
Document report logic, model designs, and dashboard configurations.
Collaborate in meetings on Reporting standards and Naming conventions
Expertise You'll Bring:
Proficiency with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder and usage of Power BI Service.
Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data visualization principles.
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server) and writing SQL queries.
Interest in learning enterprise Power BI strategies – autoscaling, bursting, monitoring, etc.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Team player with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
