Junior Data Analyst

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data and eager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a data translator, you will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, support data initiatives, and help expand our data footprint across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and translate data requirements into clear technical specifications.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
* Support data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Help identify opportunities to improve data collection, integration, and usage across departments.
* Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure business needs are met through data solutions.
* Participate in data discovery and profiling activities to support new data initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
* experience in a data-related role (internships or academic projects welcome).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly language.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills:**
* Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
* Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data lifecycle.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
