Junior Backend Developer

Job Description

We’re hiring a Junior Backend Developer to join a cutting-edge fintech team building real-time crypto trading and digital asset platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with Java, Golang, blockchain APIs, and high-performance trading systems in a cloud-native environment.

What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and Golang
Design scalable REST/gRPC APIs for market data and exchange connectivity
Work on crypto wallets, automated trading bots, and backend performance tuning
Use Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions in a modern CI/CD pipeline
Must-Have:
No more than 5 years in backend development (Java + Go)
Experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes
Strong in concurrency, multithreading, scalability
Prior experience with crypto APIs (e.g., Binance, FTX) or trading projects
Location: Hybrid preferred (Chicago, NYC, or Atlanta) — Remote flexibility available for strong candidates
