- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support senior project managers in coordinating internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
- Participate in project meetings, capturing key discussion points and action items.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project coordination.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation planning activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout project execution.
- Utilize project management tools, including Asana, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
- Serve as a point of contact with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their project-related needs are met.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of applying project management best practices.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CAPM certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus but not mandatory
