Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support senior project managers in coordinating internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
  • Participate in project meetings, capturing key discussion points and action items.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project coordination.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation planning activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools, including Asana, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
  • Serve as a point of contact with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their project-related needs are met.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.


Desired Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic project needs.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of applying project management best practices.


Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • CAPM certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus but not mandatory
