Location: Houston, TX -onsite

OPT students - industrial and chemical engineers - that have 2 yrs exp in India and came here for MS type

Internship Scope

 The engineer intern will work under the supervision of an engineering team to identify

engineering drawings and update them.

 Organize project files and site-specific drawings.

 Complete field walkthrough and verify the existing as-built drawings.

 Provide on-time delivery of project expectations with favorable feedback.

 Comply with site specific safety standards.

 Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while focusing on learning

industry processes and procedures.

 Complete other duties as required/assigned.

 Conduct field walkdowns and gather data, including measurements, sketches, notes and

photographs as needed.

 Candidate will spend 50% of their time doing office work and 50% of their time on the

production floor interacting with contractors and production employees.

Qualifications must include.

 Reading P & ID’s and isometrics.

 Pipe specifications and equipment data sheets

 Documenting JSA’s.

 Equipment Drawings

Preferred Qualifications but not required.

 Auto CAD.

Education

 Mechanical and Chemical Engineering preferred. Civil and Industrial acceptable as well.
