Position Description: We are seeking a motivated JIRA Specialist to join our team. As a JIRA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business processes and requirements. Your expertise in JIRA will be essential in driving efficiency and enhancing user experience across quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) tailored to manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Customize Jira products to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
• Integrate Atlassian products with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless information flow between development and operations teams.
• Perform data migration ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Administer, develop, and support JIRA and its add-ons, including custom workflows, scripts, and automations.
• Document architecture artifacts, process models, and technical design decisions for maintainability and clarity.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Atlassian suite, particularly JIRA and Confluence, with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of quality management processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions within budget and time constraints.
• Integration expertise with CI/CD pipelines and other enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Atlassian-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy) for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile principles.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSP, SQL, and other programming languages.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and CI Tools (e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven)
