Job Duties:-
- Adaptable to work with teams to design and implement solutions, automate processes, and improve workflows within Jira.
- Tasks like developing custom workflows, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring the security and performance of the Jira instance.
- Proficient in designing and implementing complex JIRA workflows.
- Experienced in developing custom plugins, scripts, and extensions for JIRA using Java, Groovy, and REST APIs, addressing unique business requirements and workflow enhancements.
- Experienced in providing technical assistance, training, and support in using JIRA, Confluence, and other tools, facilitating effective utilization and maximizing productivity.
