Jira Administrator

🔹 Required Skills:
 Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
 Knowledge of Postgres, GitLab, and Artifactory is a plus
 Experience with Jira backup, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes (preferred)
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
 Manage and optimize Jira and Confluence for effective task tracking and collaboration
 Troubleshoot and provide support for Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Artifactory✅ Create and configure Jira projects, workflows, and screen schemes
 Maintain Jira plugins, define workflows, and generate documentation
 Ensure smooth Jira/Confluence administration, backup, and disaster recovery
