We are seeking an experienced and versatile Jira Administrator / Enterprise Application & IT Operations Specialist to join our onsite team in Santa Clara, CA. This individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Jira administration and other enterprise applications while supporting core IT operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in managing SaaS platforms like Jira, SharePoint, and OneDrive, combined with a strong understanding of ITSM practices and infrastructure support.

This is a hands-on hybrid role that requires both technical administration and operational ownership to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT services
