Java/Springboot Microservices Developer

We are Seeking a skilled developer with extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices to design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed applications. 

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within Agile teams, guide offshore engineers, and contribute to continuous delivery and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:product managers, Agile coach

• Analyze requirements with , and Agile team to refine stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and test applications using Spring Boot and microservices best practices.
• Guide offshore engineers to meet development goals.
• Configure, tune, maintain, and validate application systems.
• Monitor and optimize application performance; collaborate with hardware teams to troubleshoot.
• Work with developers, vendors, and infrastructure teams to resolve system issues.
• Manage product backlog and deliver high-quality features continuously.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and DevOps principles to meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• 3+ years of experience with GraphQL.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 2-3 years experience or willingness to quickly ramp up on Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with container technologies, Service Mesh, and Jenkins.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
• Proficient with development and security tools like JIRA, Git, Fortify, Black Duck, and Twistlock
