Java/C# Developer

12+ years of working experience as Application Developer performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles

Technical Skills:
 Must Have Skills
 Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
 Solid knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed
 Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of FNM's internal customers
 Knowledge of one or more of the following: J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, PowerBuilder, C, C++, SQL, CGI, Windows, NT, Visual Basic, Oracle, Sybase, MQ Series
 Professional certification(s) desired 12+ years software development experience across the appropriate platform

 Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
Process Skills:
 Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process.
 Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
 Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving.
Behavioral Skills :
 Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
 Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
 Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
