Java Technical Lead

•            8 to 10 years of IT technical lead experience

•            Technically proficient with Shell Scripting, and Python

•            Experience Java based Web Technologies, Design, development & Implementation

•            Devising strategies for solutioning larger transformation projects

•            Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making skills

•            Experience working with Web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, css

•            Experience with unit testing or test-driven development

•            Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.

•            Strong written and oral communication skills, including interviewing and presentation skills.

•            Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

•            Strong attention to detail.

•            Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred
