Java Technical Lead

Seeking a Full Stack Java Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of DevOps solutions, React.js, and Java-based applications. This role involves managing teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle.

• Lead and mentor a development team to deliver projects on time.
• Design, develop, and implement DevOps, React.js, and full stack Java solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging for quality assurance.
• Implement and enforce coding standards and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Proficiency in full stack Java development (Java, Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with MongoDB, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Actimize or fraud-based systems (preferred).
