Java Technical Architect

Must have skills:
·        Looking for a technical manager with strong communication skills, able to troubleshoot and do hands-on coding.
·        The candidate should be able to read the room, establish relationships, and bring new insights.
·        The person will manage multiple teams, should have knowledge of scrum and agile principles, and be proficient in Java Spring.
·        No location preference, but more important is finding someone with the desired skill set.

Required skills:
•            Very strong in Java/J2EE concepts.
•             Should have good knowledge of ATG, Endeca, Spring Boot and Microservices.
•            Should understand core architecture and domain concepts.
•            Should be aware of cloud – GCP.
•            Should work on the shift left initiative (no dedicated testing team) – Should be able to carry-out testing independently.
•            Very strong in communication and collaboration – should be able to talk to multiple stakeholders.
•            Have to work on the assigned tasks and provide timely status updates.
•            Have to lead offshore Team to clarify all their queries and update them with the tasks to be completed.
