Basic Qual / Core Skills:
·         Requirements:(12+ experience
·         Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Java, Microservices, MongoDB, Kafka, Spring stack(Spring Boot, Spring frameworks , Spring Data JPA).
·         Extensive experience with JUnit and achieving 100% code coverage (line and branch).
·         Proficiency in automation testing using BDD frameworks like Karate.
·         Strong experience with Mongo databases.
·         Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·         Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
·         Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
·         Strong collaboration skills to work with other technology teams and architects
