Java Support Engineer

We are looking for a Java Support Engineer with experience in SpringBoot, Angular, Jenkins, Oracle/MySQL, ServiceNow, Jira, and Kotlin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for Java applications and troubleshoot issues in a production environment.
Work with SpringBoot, Angular, and Kotlin to maintain and enhance systems.
Administer Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and manage Oracle/MySQL databases.
Handle incidents via ServiceNow and Jira, ensuring smooth operations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Required Skills:
Experience in Java support roles (SpringBoot, Angular).
Proficiency with Jenkins, ServiceNow, Jira, and Oracle/MySQL.
Hands-on with Kotlin and troubleshooting production issues.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Java support and development roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
