Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Provide production support for Java-based applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
2. Utilize Splunk for log monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
3. Use various monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and system workflows, aiding in troubleshooting and system enhancements.
5. Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement updates and resolve IT issues.
7. Document all actions taken, including problem descriptions, diagnoses, and resolution for future reference.
