Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation where applicable (business functional UI usability data compliance data migration NFR 3rd party tools & products).
- Raise clarifications with customer / onsite to eliminate any ambiguity on the scope of work assigned from the Client / Project Co coordinator.
- Create reusable assets / supporting artifacts based on the industry landscape.
- Identify re usable solutions/assets which can be built within the technology unit.
- Guide teams to create case studies/whitepapers on application/solution/enterprise architecture / technology recommendations.
- Participate and present in industry forums technology forums and workshops.
Required Skills
- Strong design and development skills for Java, Spring, Microservices, Automated testing.
- Strong design and development skills for Hadoop, Spark ( Scala/python).
- Strong SQL skills ( important ).
- Strong knowledge in Java Architecture and Back End development Structure, technical implications, secure code.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of leading the development team is required.
- Experience with query tuning, application performance enhancement.
- Experience in Java, Springboot, Oracle, SQL, Mongo, Angular.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
