Description

Requirements / Must Haves

  • AWS – serverless functions, Lambda, cloud-native infrastructure
  • Java/Kotlin – primary backend programming language
  • Business Logic Implementation – strong experience programming microservices for life insurance products (e.g., group life, supplemental life, accident, death). Able to build logic for quoting, rate referencing, and Salesforce integration
  • C# – used in parallel systems for symmetry across environments
  • Angular or strong React skills – not core to the role, but helpful for future full-stack work
  • Ability to work with Salesforce data and processes (nice to have, not required)

Nice to Haves

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience that can transfer to AWS
  • Salesforce integration/development experience

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, data-heavy environments
