Java Full Stack Developer with AI/ML
Must-Have:-
• Minimum 3-5 yrs of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java, with a history of working on large  and complex applications with high business and customer impact.
• Front-End Skills: Minimum of 3 years of professional experiencing using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with frameworks like angular or React
• Back-End Skills: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development
• Database knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate
• Version Control: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience within Agile or Scrum environments
• System Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application capabilities
• Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications to ensure high availability and scalability
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits on quality and driving operational outcomes
• Continuous Improvements: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and continuously improve development processes and practices

 

Good-to-Have:-
• Full stack development with strong focus on Java, AI/ML exposure

1. Design, develop, and implement advanced methods and solutions to solve complex business problems across various domains.
2. Design, develop and maintain both front-end an back-end of web applications.
3. Expertise in Java-based technologies, databases, UI and DevOps tools and ensure seamless application development and deployment
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and adaptability to learn new technologies and frameworks
5. Ensuring Application and Data integrity, meeting project deadlines and delivering high quality features
