Java Full Stack Developer Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This is a hybrid position, requiring both remote and in-office work, with the selected candidate expected to work according to the US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack Development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Mentor and guide trainees through practical coding exercises, projects, and real-world applications.
• Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure their development and growth.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and update training content.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into training programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development, with a strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, Angular/React, HTML/CSS, and related technologies.
• Proven experience as a trainer in Java Full Stack Development, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse learners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create engaging and effective training content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to US shift timings
