Java Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer who brings deep expertise in backend development with Java and Spring Boot, frontend development with ReactJS, and has exposure to AI application development. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java/J2EE microservices for enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Build and integrate responsive UI components using ReactJS, JavaScript, and modern build tools like npm and Node.js.

Implement backend logic using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

Containerize services using Docker, manage deployments via Kubernetes, and support scalability on AWS infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI conversational engines and MCP (Multi-Channel Platform) capabilities.

Optimize performance using Redis cache, efficient SQL/NoSQL querying, and responsive design techniques.

Follow Agile/Scrum processes for development, backlog grooming, and iterative releases.

Adhere to best practices in software architecture, design patterns, testing, and version control using Git/SVN.

Required Skills:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices development.

Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, XML.

Strong knowledge of build tools and runtime environments: Node.js, npm.

Practical experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying applications in AWS environments.

Good understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.

Exposure to AI/ML-based applications, chatbots, or conversational systems is a plus.

Familiarity with Git/SVN, code branching strategies, and Agile methodologies.
