  • React
  • Typescript
  • GraphQL
  • UI Libraries like Redux Toolkit, MobX, Apollo Client, Tanstack Query, Jotai etc...

 

Backend

  • NodeJS
  • GraphQL (developing GraphQL queries and mutations) or developing RESTful APIs
  • Apollo Server
  • Worked with database SQL compliant ORM or builders like KnexJS,  Drizzle ORM, TypeORM or Sequelize

 

Good to have skills:

  1. Frontend  
    • Experience in creating custom Hooks in React
    • Advanced concepts of React such as Refs & ForwardRefs\
    • Creating reusable components from a base component library
    • Configuring build tools like Vite or Webpack
    • Worked with package managers like PNPM, Yarn or any others
  2. Backend:  
    • Developing GraphQL schemas or design RESTful APIs based on feature requirements  
    • Leverage best security practices (OWASP compliance) to secure API
    • JWT Authentication and Role-based access control (RBAC)

 

Soft Skills (required for Lead):

  • Strong communication
  • Involve in discussions about Product and Engineering and explain technical challenges to the stakeholders
  • Support on epic planning for upcoming quarters and sprints

 

Bonus Skills

  • Worked with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in with Docker and nginx configuration
  • Familiar with cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure.
