Java Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new tools, technologies and processes to improve speed efficiency and scalability.
• Support the IT roadmap working toward reducing maintenance cost
  while meeting or exceeding business objectives.
• Implement business logic in a RESTful service layer, and presentation of that data via a mobile-friendly Angular web app.
• The full-stack developer joins an existing scrum team, assisting with feature-level development of user stories.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in PLSQL.
• Strong knowledge in NO SQL DB’s.
• Ability to communication effectively, both in orally and in writing.
• Significant unit testing is expected, and code should be designed for loose coupling.
• Expert level development skills in Java, including strong comfort with unit testing, deployment, object-oriented design, and enterprise scale development patterns.
• Strong unit testing ability, test-oriented separation of concerns.
• Proficiency with the Spring framework.

Required Experience

• 7+ yrs of coding and full stack development experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining software in a SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with RESTful API, Webservices, SOAP messages.
• Hands on experience on JSON, CXF, Spring Framework, XML, XSD, JAXB, Hibernate, Junit, Maven.

• Hands on experience on Oracle Database and SQL language.
• 2+ years of experience in a Java Developer role.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
