Java Full-Stack Developer

We are actively seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong command of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, along with deep understanding of SQL and exposure to NoSQL/document-oriented databases like MongoDB and Elasticsearch. 

The ideal candidate will join an Agile team developing the next-gen Institutional Lending platform, a critical component of business infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions for institutional lending systems.
• Develop and maintain clean, reusable, and testable backend services (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend components (Angular).
• Collaborate within Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs).
• Angular frontend development experience (Angular 8+).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Sybase, SQL Server, DB2) and proficiency in T-SQL.
• Exposure to document-oriented databases like MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and comfortable in client-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on code quality.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
• Background in financial services or institutional lending.
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance tuning
