What We're Looking For:

14+ years in software development
Strong back-end skills (Java, Spring Boot)
Front-end expertise (React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Experience with both relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Familiarity with Git and exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure) is a bonus
