  • Seeking Senior Java Engineers, not Solutions Architects.
  • Must be hands-on coders who can:
  • Read services in Java code.
  • Diagnose and fix issues quickly.
  • Work independently with minimal tribal knowledge or documentation.
  • Key Technical Requirements:
  • Core services are Java-based (legacy code).
  • Angular front-end (90% Angular 9/10, some Angular 14).
  • Candidates should know how to migrate and improve Angular apps. * At least one of the two candidates
  • Experience with incremental improvements and documentation.
  • Some background in product development and system integrations.
  • Industry Experience Preferences:
  • Strongly prefers eCommerce experience, or SaaS particularly in:
  • High-transaction, scalable environments.
  • Regional/national retail (e.g., AutoZone-like scale; not small/local).
  • Banking experience is a maybe.
  • Healthcare is not a fit.
  • Candidates should have worked in 2 or more distinct industries.
  • Additional Info:
  • They are part of a SaaS company operating in the eCommerce space.
  • Product handles high data volume – current database is ~5TB.
  • Currently dealing with urgent Java stack issues (firefighting mode). Redeploying Java with Angular
