Key Responsibilities

  • Provide developer and platform assistance ensuring smooth operation of the FORCE Platform
  • Triage diagnose and resolve technical issues reported via support channels
  • Develop and implement new features in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Maintain and optimize backend APIs using Java Spring Boot and Kotlin
  • Work with Kafka AWS services SNS SQS etc and other cloudnative technologies
  • Follow strong technical best practices in coding testing and deployment
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues asking the right questions to drive solutions
  • Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

 Technical Skills Essential

  • Strong expertise in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot
  • Experience with eventdriven architectures Kafka SNS SQS
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development and microservices
  • Handson experience with AWS cloud integrations
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns debugging and performance tuning

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with MongoDB SQL databases
  • Familiarity with GraphQL
  • Knowledge of CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
