Java Developer with IT Support Experience

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in IT support to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will leverage your Java development expertise while also providing IT support to ensure seamless application functionality and system performance. You will be responsible for coding, debugging, and troubleshooting, along with offering hands-on IT support to ensure optimal operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop, test, and maintain Java applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. ? Provide IT support by troubleshooting software issues and resolving technical challenges. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements. ? Monitor, maintain, and support production systems, ensuring their reliability and uptime. ? Provide technical assistance in deploying and integrating Java-based applications. ? Participate in the design and development of new features and functionalities. ? Offer hands-on support for technical queries, infrastructure issues, and user problems. ? Provide documentation for support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. ? Manage application performance tuning and optimize system functionalities. Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience in Java development and hands-on IT support. ? Strong understanding of Java programming, coding, and debugging. ? Experience in troubleshooting and providing IT support for enterprise applications. ? Ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions. ? Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and databases. ? Good communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
