Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for enhancing the current systems and new systems development.
• Integrate trading transactional data into time series data warehouse.
• Design and develop extreme automated stress testing harnesses.
• Develop Start of Day resiliency program for all the asset classes.

Required Skills

• Expertise with Enterprise Integration Patters and experience with responsive design and optimizing html for desktop and mobile devices.
• Strong back-end development with JAVA Restful API supporting front end systems driven by Angular.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to propose and initiate RD efforts, and conduct proof of concepts on new technologies.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of application development and implementation experience.
• 4+ years of securities industry experience bull 10+ years of Java experience.
• Experience writing unit and integration testing using, Karma, Jasmine, Protractor.
• Advanced experience in capital markets business and processes.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
