• Framework: Spring boot
• Microservices
• Spring data/JPA
• Database: SQL/Oracle, stored procedures
• Restful APIs
• Jdbc template
• Debugging skill with splunk
• Maven build tool
• Design patterns
• Practical knowledge about unit testing, knowing of at least one unit test framework (Junit/TestNG etc.)
• Should have hands-on experience in GIT and branching strategy.
• Should have experience in Agile (Scrum ceremonies, Backlog, Backlog refinement, Jira operations) and various agile software practices –
• CICD Pipeline
• GIT Flow
• Unit-testing
• Ability to validate estimates, define timelines and project plans.
• Adapt to real time work scenarios to suggest and implement solution
• Familiar with deployment process and various deployment tools/practices
• Ability to understand client requirements and derive the technical user stories for development
• Collaborate with variety of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to work through features from problem statement to implementation and release.
• Very Good Collaboration and Communication skill with distributed project team – should be able to articulate thoughts
• Develop and test products to a high standard to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet our internal quality standards
• Strong and proven knowledge of system design and capability to lead team towards delivery.
• Facilitate discussions to produce architecturally sound engineering solutions.
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to lead a software development team
