Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director - Java Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, Cloud, and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance distributed systems while fostering an agile and innovation-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Technical Leadership: Lead and contribute to the development of scalable. and high-performance solutions using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
✔ Software Development: Architect, design, and implement complex, cloud-native applications while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
✔ Microservices & Cloud: Build and maintain serverless and containerized microservices-based distributed systems leveraging AWS (S3, EKS, EC2), Kubernetes, and Docker.
✔ Messaging & Event-Driven Architecture: Utilize ActiveMQ, Kafka, JMS for building resilient and scalable event-driven applications.
✔ Performance Optimization: Conduct code refactoring, thread dump analysis, and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
✔ CI/CD & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git & Azure DevOps, and automate deployments.
✔ Database Management: Optimize data storage and retrieval using SQL (RDBMS), NoSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
✔ Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices and industry compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, and JPA.
🔹 5+ years of experience in Microservices Architecture, Serverless Computing, and Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
🔹 5+ years of expertise in Kafka, ActiveMQ, or other JMS providers.
🔹 3+ years of experience leading global teams in an Agile environment.
🔹 Strong experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred) & DevOps Tools (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git).
🔹 Experience with Performance Tuning, Thread Dump Analysis, and Optimization Techniques.
🔹 Working knowledge of SQL, and NoSQL databases (Redis, ElasticSearch).
🔹 Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and Generative AI platforms (a plus).
🔹 Hands-on experience with Python & Vaadin framework (nice to have)
