Technical/Functional Skills

Mandatory skills:

·        Applicants must have a 4-year degree or higher in Engineering in the relevant technical field plus 6 or more years related experience.

·        Applicants must possess excellent database skills in Oracle/DB2/My Sql.

·        Requires 6+ years of experience in Core Java / spring batch/ Maven/ Grade scripts / Active MQ / apache chaining / web services / Spring / Dynatrace / Github / Bluemix.

·        Experience in Unix/Linux scripting and Splunk tool.

·        Intricate understanding of XML / Angular / Java script technologies.

·        Experience with designing / engineering applications with requirement from the customers.

·        Experience with infrastructure and technology upgrade projects.

·        Possess great knowledge with concepts in HealthCare industry and security measures.

·        Requires knowledge in ITIL processes and ServiceNow tools.

·        Offshore co-ordination experience

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Day to day responsibility for managing client’s application issues and requirements. Provide prompt responses and a high-level customer service to the needs of the users.

·        Responsible for application / system research and analysis, including data analysis for issues and system enhancements. Responsible for completing the root cause analysis and establishing prevention plans for the problems.

·         Maintain ongoing project management, system maintenance and documentation of all development according to established IT standards.

·        Possess effective communication skills to prepare progress reports and communicate status and goals to management.

·        Requires planning to obtain on-time approvals for production releases and ensure the defect free delivery.

·        Ability to work with multi regional customers and multi-regional team members. It is advantageous to have experience with Onshore and offshore support model.

·        Propose and implement necessary and proactive maintenance for the applications

·        Requires Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid process and gap analysis skills.

·        Must have the understanding and co-ordination between L2 and L1 groups for better management of the tasks.
