Required Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Java EE development for web services, file processing, and user interface applications.
Proficiency in SDLC, design, documentation, and analytical skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills for performance, availability, and system integration issues.
Familiarity with tools like TFS Azure, ServiceNow, and middleware technologies (e.g., WebSphere, MQ, IIB).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver technical solutions, including scope estimates, detailed design, development, unit testing, and production support.
Track development progress and report on deliverables using tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS), ServiceNow, and IBM Case Management.
Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and unit testing guidance.
Collaborate with testers, analysts, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues across application integrations, databases, middleware, and networks.
Participate in L3 production support with a 24/7/365 shared team rotation.
