EOS Messaging Services. Upgrade SDK, move services on product. Working on their service, feature building up for internal services like sending emails, pushing messages to clans, communication service, SMS, mobile, emails, etc.

  • Heads down coding, basic tasks, maintaining and infrastructure. Might do some with building out new requests. Pure dev focus.
  • Team: 5 developers, 1 QA.

 

YOE: Specific amount years do not matter but senior is better.

  • 5+
  • Need at least 1 senior resource.

 

Top 3 tools:

  • Java
  • MongoDB
  • Spring Boot
  • Strong backend services experience working complex logic, skin, and bone.

 

Tech Skills:

  • Currently using Java 18, thinking of upgrading to Java 21
  • Working with Spring boot.
  • No relational databases, it will be all MongoDB and noSQL
  • Cloud: AWS - EC3, S3
  • CI/CD: Everything is already set up but they use TeamCity.
    • DevOps handled by another team.
  • Basic testing, debugging code, manual testing before deployment.
  • REST API experience, experience consuming APIs, would be nice if they can create as well.
  • Messaging: They only use Amazon SQS heavily
  • All backend services
