Description

We are hiring 3 Java Developers to work on backend development for an HR application that automates performance management using GenAI. This role will focus on RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and MongoDB.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices.
  • Design scalable RESTful APIs for GenAI integrations.
  • Work with MongoDB to store and retrieve performance data.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers for seamless GenAI model integration.
  • Optimize backend architecture for performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices).
  • Strong expertise in MongoDB, NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to GenAI solutions (preferred).
