As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical applications using the Java EE platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including analysts, designers, and architects, to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, stays updated with industry trends, and has a solid understanding of software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development using Java EE.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
• Proficient in Java multithreading, concurrency patterns, and collections.
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
