Must-Have Skills:
Strong Java Development experience (Backend)
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data
Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL (RDBMS), SQL Queries & Optimization
Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
Experience in Microservices Architecture & RESTful API Development
Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket for version control

Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes for containerization
Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka for messaging
Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
