Description

  1. Ownership of Payments Backend Systems – Design, build, and maintain core payment capabilities such as checkout, payouts, reconciliation, ledgering, and KYC.
  2. End-to-End Project Leadership – Lead full lifecycle projects from system design to production rollout, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  3. Technical Expertise & Stack – Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS is required.
  4. Domain Knowledge in Payments – Deep expertise in at least three areas of payments infrastructure (checkout, payouts, ledgering, reconciliation, interchange, or KYC).
  5. Operational Excellence – Ensure performance tuning, observability, and troubleshooting of production systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
